Certificate of Religious Practice and Supplementary Information Form

If you have children approaching primary school age and are looking at collecting points to complete the CRP (certificate of religious practice) or SIF (supplementary information form), this is something that our shul can assist with. Please check the admissions criteria of the schools you are considering. Please then speak to Rabbi Roodyn to discuss recording of shul attendance to complete the forms.

The United Synagogue guidance on CRP can be found here.
